Brindabella Bathrooms always aims to implement the Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) regulations to every bathroom designed and built, so it meets the prescribed targets relating to water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and thermal performance.

We highly use and recommend the following:
- Low VOC paints
- Caesarstone provides no VOC concern and is GREENGUARD Certified
- Showers, Tapware, Baths & Sanitaryware that are WELS rated and Eco Smart
- Floor and Wall Tiles that are Wear-resistant and High quality STD according ISO 10545 regulations
- Lighting all new or altered fixtures are fitted with fluorescent, compact fluorescent, or Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lamps
- Solar Hot Water Gas Systems where required, they usually outperform electric. The higher the gas star rating the more efficient the hot water system.
